The EMG Homeowner and Board App provides a convenient mobile interface for engaging with your community association. Users can handle payments, access account details, and retrieve community information all from a single location.

If you are already registered on your association's website, you can log in to the app using the same email address and password you utilize for the website. For new users, simply click on the register button to submit your details. Upon approval, an email will be sent with a link to create a password, granting access to your account through the app.

For existing users who have forgotten their password, the 'Forgot Password' link allows for resetting by entering the associated email address. An email containing a password reset link will be sent for you to update your login credentials.

Once logged in, Homeowners can benefit from various features such as:

• Easily switch between multiple owned properties
• Homeowner Dashboard
• Access to association documents
• Access to association directories
• View association photos
• Access the 'Contact Us' page
• Pay assessments
• View and comment on violations, including adding pictures from a mobile device
• Submit ACC requests with pictures and attachments, both enabling photo capture via mobile device
